Dina Tesoriere

Dina Tesoriere is an Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a certified personal trainer. As a wife and mother of three and an active athlete, nutrition and keeping her family healthy has always been a top priority.

 

Several years ago, Dina suffered an ACL injury while skiing. The pain and recovery caused insomnia, anxiety, weight gain and eventually led to depression. Dina decided to make a change and attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (INN) and continued through a Gut Health specialty training course. Throughout Dina's extensive studies at INN she learned that the type of food that you consume, while important, is secondary to many other aspects in your life that impact your overall health and well-being.
 
Dina's goal is to help others be physically and mentally happy and healthy. Every program she creates is tailored to each individual through coaching sessions. She guides you step by step to plans of actions that will yield positive life changing results. Dina also offers different programs that include physical training, educational excursions to health food stores, in-home or virtual cooking classes and assistance with meal preparation as well as a holistic approach to organizational skills in the home. All of these are aspects of a healthy lifestyle that will impact your overall wellness. When taking all the elements of life management into account, YOU CAN BE physically and mentally healthy.
